Create Quiz With Google Forms and Calculate Score in Google Sheets
We are using Google Forms for create a quiz and we will calculate the score in Google Sheets with two formulas. Let's Start 1. Click on Tools from the above menu 2. You can see on 1st option, click on Create a Form 3. There are tools for creating a form 4. First We Type on Box "Mail" or "EMail" Than it will suggest for Email Setting than you have to select. and you will see the E-mail question has been added in your form. 5. Then you have to click on "Change Settings" on above image, where you will get below setting and here you can restriction on "Limit to 1 response". Only one person can response over one E-mail ID. 6. So here we add a new question for getting "Full Name". Here you can see we have entered a new question and asking the Full name of the Candidate. 7 .
